Welcome to my BRAND NEW dumbbell SHRED series!! This is 5 workout using only dumbbells that will build muscle and improve your cardiovascular system. Today we've got a 15 minute leg workout. So grab those dumbbells and LET'S GO!

    I want to purchase 1 kettle bell to begin. Is 30 lbs a good weight? Should I go lighter or heavier to begin...? I am closer to in shape than I am out of shape. I play basketball, volleyball, and cycling weekly.

      The swing will work the lower back. For the mid to upper back you could add bent-over row 👊

      Absolutely! Start at your own pace and take it easy. Gradually build up the intensity over time. Consistency is key! Try to also increase your daily step count and gradually try to reduce junk food, booze and snacking. Hope that helps. You got this 👊💪

I've already done one online workout today and I'm sore. I'll try you're kettle bell workout later. I have a question for you. What kind of foods should I eat on a calorie deficit

      @@LouieHodgson-sg4nu aim for foods high in protein and fiber. This will keep you full and reduce the likelihood of snacking. Turkey and chicken has lower calories than red meat. Try to keep fat consumption low as it’s very high in calories (oil especially). Swap white bread, pasta and rice for brown. If you’re craving something sweet then go for 0% fat Greek yoghurt with blueberries. It’s high in protein and low in calories (also great for gut health). Try to have a timing cutoff daily for when you eat like 7pm. It will also improve your sleep. If you’re craving something salty for a snack then go for home-popped popcorn. Just a few tips, hope that helps!

    You will need: 1x kettlebell (I am using): 20kg kettlebell FORMAT: 40sec work // 20sec rest SEQUENCE: 1. Hand-to-hand swing 2. Goblet squat 3. Strict press R 4. Strict press L 5. Alternate back lunge 6. Goblet curl 7. Crush push-up REPEAT for as many rounds as desired.

      So this is a competition kettlebell. Competition bells are all the same size no matter the weight. The idea is that you learn the proper technique with a lighter weight and then gradually increase the weight over time. You will never need to adjust your technique or form if you only use competition bells. There is no correct way, but if you use all different shapes and sizes you need to be aware that you will need a period of time to adjust your technique to a new shape.

    I find if I lift heavy weights it sets off my migraines, but if I lift light am I not achieving anything as there's no progressive over load ?
